June 2026 Bluffs Real Estate Market Update

The Benchmark Price (according to HPI Canada) for detached homes in the Scarborough Bluffs – Toronto E08 –
is valued at $832,000 for June 2026,which shows a -6% change year over year. The actual results based on the latest Market Statistics released for
Toronto E08, reported 22 sales compared to 19 sales during the same period, last year. This is while the average Days on Market for all sold properties has changed from 37 days to 26 days.

The number of Active listings in Toronto E08 has changed from 100 in May to 102 in June, while the number of new listings reported to have come to the market changed from 52 to 69 during the same period.
