This is an interesting look at the Toronto real estate market this year (Year to Date – YTD) and the past several years (Year over Year – YOY). Below are 3 charts showing Toronto Regional Homes Sales, For Sale / Listings Available and Average Sale Price. You can see the peak in Sales back in March and the decline of listings available over the summer. Even though we are still in a pandemic, prices keep going up. The charts go back to 2007 showing the growth in sales and prices over the years. There is also a report for September 2021 (year over year).
