Average price was $1,318,736 up 37% compared to October 2020. Sales (units) were 29, down 33% compared to October 2020.
Homes in Cliffcrest, Scarborough Village and Guildwood (E08) :
Average price was $1,514,656, up 34% compared to October 2020. Sales (units) were 45, up 29% compared to October 2020.
