Homes in Birchcliffe, Cliffside and Oakridge (E06):
Average price was $1,335,095 up 31% compared to November 2020. Sales (units) were 20, down 35% compared to November 2020.
Homes in Cliffcrest, Scarborough Village and Guildwood (E08) :
Average price was $1,385,853 up 18% compared to November 2020. Sales (units) were 29, down 17% compared to November 2020.
